Thank you Bobby, it was really amazing to see Redbreasts so close (80 m) with their spectacular behaviour. Some males have already started their displays. I try already many years to approach geese, but due to intensive hunting in the area birds are very shy. This year hunting season was not extended in February and all efforts were well rewarded. This picture was taken in a cereal crop from a permanent hide at 4:15 PM.

I haven't the right words for it, but this is amazing. You're so lucky. we in holland have to do it with 4 redbreasted geese, and the are not on the same location. Groeten Jonathan
