You have a very personal style. When looking at the thumbnail I already thought it had to be a "walkingandclicking-picture". Quite colourful. Regards, Leo

Maybe a nice piece of art, but in my opinion it is no natural picture. Regards, Hans
walkingandclicking on Tue 13 Jul 2010, 20:50
@hansziedses To be honest i cannot answer to this question if it is a natural picture or not.But a part of the answer is that it represents more of what i sense than what i see.For me it is a more realistic aspect of these birds in their enviroment although i emphasize it with "bold fonts".But in any case it is my opinion and this does not mean it is suitable for everybody. P.S I think that most of us who like bird photography ,like it because they can be present at these small "magic coincidences" of colours and movements and not because we are reporters. one of the nice things that make world better though is that people like different things and still communicate. regards!

I think there is to much saturation. You see a dark shadow above one of the birds. Not realy natural. Regards Loek

reminds me of oldskool pictures of naked women with vaseline on the lens or stockings (socks) in front of it... do you fiddle with the clarity in lightroom? Once it is cool, but after that it is like "overmilking" the same cow greetings karl

Nice computerwork. I'm somewhat confused how this pic ended up on this site since major computerwork on photo's is generally not allowed..... I would rather see the original picture.... sorry. NEE, NEE, NEE.....dit soort foto's hoort niet thuis op Birdpix. moderatoren, graag jullie visie.

wow, what an amount of saturation! however, the reds won't work out properly like this in a print, don't you think? haha you're dealing with calvinistic dutch taste over here... generally we like the colours sombre and sparce. (except when it concerns soccer , ) but, seriously, a lot of saturation is working out in this picture. Well perhaps a little bit less than shown, something like 30% instead of 100% compliments, i liked very much looking at it. the birds are lovely in this tamarisc.

Hi, I like the setting and colors. Although maybe a bit too much of it. If you process it a litte bit less it could be improved in my opinion. Bendiks
