I'm curious if this will be appreciated, lets see....

pure art! like this style( now and than) !

fine soft tones, i appreciate this kind of pictures very well, this is not a lucky shoot, and by this slow exposure time you can recognise the bird very good. Most of the birders want to see all the structures and it must be all sharp , but i see this as an form of art.

I don't shoot this kind of pictures, at least usually ... But yesterday was so poor of "good" birds that I thought to try some unusual shoots.
I think this kind of photos are better with white birds on a dark background because of the moving white wings effect ...

This remembers me to a picture of a pond-heron I made last summer. I'll put it on Birdpix too.

This one i do not particularly like (it is not up to your standard), because the colours wich you normally get so clearly are now blurred. I mean to say, your beautifull whites are not present in this picture.
