Beautiful shot, Gene.

Greetings, Leo

Great shot. Feeding leads to very special scenes!

Vincent

Stunning shot!

Grtz.,
P.

Nice shot, colorful beaks.

Conny, The color of the beaks on a Caracara depends on their age. The Caracara on the left is a young juvenile and they have a "pinkish" beak. The other two Caracaras are not yet fully adults. If you look closely, you can see two colors: a darker and lighter orange. When Caracaras are adults, their beak is a dark orange. However, the beak color of all Caracaras of all ages can change to a bluish tinge when they are extremely angry.

What a remarkable gathering!
It seems that the caracara's indeed are discussing whether to tolerate the vulture or not.
The vulture humbly awaiting the outcome.

Best,
Bert

Nice Gene.To me your picture has a big amount of humor in it,;some kind of cartoonesk ..
Kind regards,Fons

The young bird on the left looks as if it were seeing a vulture for the first time. A funny picture.

greeting,
Cor

Groet,

Louis

De Gier is overigens ook wat klein tov de Caracara's. Jonkie?
