If you've got wheels, there are several options nearby. In Zeist, you've got Topdeals which has good value prices (http://www.topdeals.nl). Other more famous stores are a bit more out of the Amsterdam area.

good luck!

Last time I was looking for sharp prices on the net I noticed http://www.cameraland.nl
They have a shop in Alkmaar. When you can arange a car it's not that far from Amsterdam. You can compare their prices to those of others and see for yourself.
sorry for my english

Hi Mehmet,

Stores within Amsterdam are expensive, up to an unrealstic level sometimes. As a citizen of Amsterdam I would also recommend to shop 'away' from Amsterdam. If you can be a bit more specific with your needs I might be able to help you better.

Whem you're stuck to Amsterdam, you could take a look at Henk Booms, located here. I bought a relatively cheap Tamron 17-50 there last year. Don't know about the rest of their prices.

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for your advice. I'm looking for a tripod&tripod head for my 600mm f4L and some camouflage material.

Thanks in advance,Mehmet.

a shop where they have a very big choice in good stuff is www.fotokonijnenberg.nl. It is a good thing to check this site as a reference.
(Don't go there on saturdays, perhaps even try making an appointment.)

Lots of fun in the Netherlands, I hope you'll have nice wheather (probably not).
