I was testing our new hide and I was worried that the birds are still not adapting to the hide, when a miracle happened. One juvenile bird grab a dead fish from the surface and landed on the ditch miles away. I said that is disaster. Soon I think about it an adult bird fly in and grab the fish and flew towards the hide...Soon I had 9 White-tailed Eagles in front of the hide, One was even too close... Scientific name: Haliaeetus albicilla

At friend's feeder came rare visitor, he was not sure what kind of bunting it was, so I offer to come to take some photos, so we could recognize what kind of bird there it is. So I drove 132km in one way to take photos, and it was fantastic, because I never seen before Little Bunting. Scientific name: Emberiza pusilla

We were waiting for the rest of the "BirdID Morocco 2012" group at the airport, and for 6 hours we saw 26 species only next to the airport. This is one of them, they are so noisy and curios. Scientific name: Pycnonotus barbatus

I did try to take photo of those winter visitors of Lithuania in last three winters, but I finally got them... I used the channel next to the road to cover me, until I got close enough and just 10m from the object give me this low angle POV. Beautiful sunny day on Baltic sea coast, almost no waves, so birds were far away in the sea, I was very disappointed, but still scanning the beach with my binoculars and then...a miracle...Three Long-tailed Ducks land on the water...And one of them was this glamour winter plumage male...
